I wear a lot of hats because I am interested in a lot of things; and I like to share what I do with others. The constants in my life have been art, movement and healing ... so inevitably that is what I do for others. For over 10 years I have worked in the healing arts ... I am a certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Intuitive Energy Healing Massage Practitioner. I use a holistic approach to bridge the gap between the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves that are out of alignment; supporting these systems back into balance and harmony through exercise, movement, stretching, guided meditation, energy healing and art.
